As a Senior Security Specialist, you will be a senior solution sales leader, selling Microsoft Security to our largest enterprise customers. You will manage CxO level business relationships, understand customer challenges and priorities, identify security opportunities, build solutions and business cases to close the sales. You will do this with your deep Industry and Security knowledge, technical acumen, and by leading a virtual team of resources across Microsoft and the Partner ecosystem. You will spend time on customer-facing activities driving sales conversations, in internal meetings for collaboration and sales management, and time for learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery and qualification of new Cyber Security and AI platform opportunities by building long-term relationships and by understanding customer priorities, budgets, and procurement processes.
  • Develop compelling business cases aligned to measurable outcomes and maintain a healthy pipeline while providing regular updates on progress.
  • Collaborate with account and technical teams to execute strategic plans for customer engagement and coordinate internal and partner resources to deliver proof-of-concepts and minimum viable solutions.
  • Facilitate customer workshops with partners to explore business needs and spark interest in transformative technologies.
  • Focus on customer outcomes by increasing customer engagement through strengthening relationships with senior decision-makers to support digital transformation.

Qualifications
Required

  • Solid technology-related security sales or cloud experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field AND at least 7 years of technology-related security sales.

Additional/Preferred

  • Certifications: One or more of the following certifications is a plus: CISSP, CCSP, SC-500, AZ-900.
