Position

As part of the company's CNS Global Sales & Customer Operations (GSCO), the Solution Consultant contributes directly to advancing cloud-native software, automation, analytics, and mission-critical communication solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and enterprises. This role encompasses deep domain expertise in RAN, Core, Autonomous Networks, and Enterprise Private Wireless, with a focus on consultative solution selling, pipeline creation, and deal shaping.

The Solution Consultant will work cross-functionally with pre-sales domain experts, solution architects, delivery teams, and sales organizations to position the company's CNS portfolio—including Cloud Core, Automation, Analytics, Security, and Radio/Private Wireless—through a consultative and value-driven sales approach. This role is critical in driving domain-led solution engagement, business development, and funnel acceleration across strategic customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed customer discovery sessions to understand business drivers, operational pain points, KPIs, and transformation objectives.
  • Engage with CTOs and Senior Technical Levels to shape strategy and roadmap, translating customer challenges into actionable sales opportunities.
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning Cloud Core (5G/4G), automation frameworks, AI/ML-based analytics, Radio/Private Wireless, and mission-critical communications.
  • Develop and mature a sales pipeline aligned with segment priorities and account plans.
  • Contribute to forecasting, opportunity progression, top-deal shaping, and solution narratives.
  • Position the company as a domain leader via insights and innovation discussions, supporting go-to-market campaigns, customer workshops, and strategic engagements.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of Radio and Services Technologies in the Middle East and Africa, with an understanding of technology transformation and use cases.
  • Expertise in Cloud Core, automation, analytics, 4G/5G radio systems, private wireless networks, and mission-critical communications.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a consultative, solution-oriented selling or business development role.
  • Strong background in pre-sales, solution architecture, proposal development, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Ideally, a background in technology or management consultancy.
  • Ability to build and close relationships at the C-level across assigned customers and territories.
  • Experience with SaaS/XaaS business models and AI-RAN/ORAN integration preferred.
