Key responsibilities include conducting pre-sales analysis, managing RFI/RFP processes, performing competitor analysis, engaging in public speaking engagements, leading customer workshops, and delivering effective demonstrations of the company's solutions. The role also involves owning both the business and technical customer challenges throughout the sales cycle and collaborating with the company's customer success and product management teams to provide valuable industry feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical pre-sales support to sales teams during the sales cycle for new and existing accounts.
  • Assist in articulating business and technical requirements for the company's Creative and Document Cloud solutions.
  • Drive the technical sales process for large customer opportunities and support account executives.
  • Participate in presentations, demonstrations, road shows, and other sales-related activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with the company's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions.
  • Background in customer-facing sales or support roles.
  • Strong familiarity with API deployment, SaaS solutions, web services, and creative workflow applications.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining customer focus.

Language Requirements: Preferred candidates should be multilingual, capable of effectively communicating the benefits and technical aspects of the company's technologies.
