The Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise sales teams by providing pre-sales assistance for large Creative Cloud and Document Cloud opportunities. This role extends to supporting Marketing, customer success, and product management teams while conducting pre-sales analysis, managing RFI/RFP processes, and representing Adobe at customer workshops and public speaking engagements.

The Solution Consultant will communicate effectively, ideally with multilingual capabilities, to articulate Adobe's technologies and their impact on creative and document workflows. Responsibilities include offering technical pre-sales support to sales teams, providing thought leadership, managing customer expectations during the sales cycle, and liaising with account executives post-sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical pre-sales assistance to sales teams during the sales cycle.
  • Support qualification of Adobe solutions to showcase significant business benefits.
  • Collaborate with Adobe's customer success and product marketing teams for industry feedback.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Adobe’s Creative and Document Cloud solutions.
  • Engage in customer-facing scenarios, providing guidance on business and technical requirements.
  • Assist account executives in presentations and strategy formulation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
  • Technical pre-sales or consulting background is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, SOA, application servers, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage against set goals.

Language Requirements:
Multilingual capabilities are preferred for effective communication.
