The Solution Consultant role involves providing pre-sales support to Enterprise sales teams to help close significant Creative Cloud and Document Cloud opportunities. This position also supports various internal teams such as Marketing, customer success, and product management. Responsibilities include conducting pre-sales analysis, managing RFI/RFP processes, competitor analysis, public speaking engagements, and customer workshops. You will also demonstrate the company’s solutions and personally manage both business and technical challenges during the sales cycle.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, preferably being multilingual, and be able to articulate the impact of our technologies on creative and document workflows. The role entails collaboration with customer success and product marketing teams to provide insights that help shape our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Enterprise sales teams with technical pre-sales assistance.
  • Provide direction on business and technical requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations and drive the technical sales process.
  • Assist account executives with client presentations and solution strategy.
  • Participate in sales events like road shows and conferences.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
  • Background in customer-facing sales or support.
  • Familiarity with API deployment, SaaS solutions, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into the company solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Language Requirements:
Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
