Solution Consultant

As a leading financial services and healthcare technology company, SS&C Technologies is seeking a mid-level Solution Consultant to join our growing team for the SS&C Blue Prism platform. This role is focused on delivering business value through intelligent automation, specifically for clients in regulated industries such as banking, finance, healthcare, and insurance. You will be tasked with identifying, designing, and scaling automation use cases, emphasizing the importance of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI in the evolving technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Client Discovery & Value Mapping: Engage with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Solution Design: Create value-based automation proposals aligned with business goals.
• Business Case Development: Build ROI models and transformation roadmaps linked to measurable business KPIs.
• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams for product demonstrations and presentations.
• Industry-Specific Use Cases: Propose automation opportunities tailored to compliance-heavy industries.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends.
• Sales Enablement: Support sales channels with proposal inputs throughout the sales cycle.

Key Competencies & Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Experience in intelligent automation, AI, RPA, and BPM.
• Sales & Business Acumen: Proven ability to support the sales cycle and tailor solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Blue Prism and experience in the GCC region is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead discussions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years’ experience in an automation advisory role.
• Analytical and outcome-driven with a passion for digital transformation.
• Self-starter who can execute independently.

Language Requirements: Multilingual communication skills are advantageous.
