Denodo seeks a passionate thought-leader and hands-on data advocate to join our Enterprise Data Strategy team. In this role, you will guide clients on their data and analytics journey, combining strategy, technology, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data strategies for various customers to help shape future data-centric organizations.
- Design and advise on enterprise data strategy programs and work streams for transformational change.
- Engage in architectural discussions to define the role of data virtualization within organizations.
- Provide architecture guidelines to bridge clients' business needs with operational constraints.
- Collect feedback from clients to inform product management and services.
- Create white papers, presentations, and documentation relevant to customer engagements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- University degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (Bachelor or Masters).
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role; 8+ years in customer-facing positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic required).
- Demonstrated experience in forming and implementing data strategy, management, governance, and architecture.
- Knowledge of data integration and analytics technologies (Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, etc.).
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Preferred Experience:
- Working with Big Data and NoSQL architecture.
- Familiarity with Internet of Things and Streaming technologies.
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Docker).
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning software and techniques.
