This position requires a strong communicator and speaker, preferably multilingual, who can articulate our technologies and their impact on creative and document workflow processes. The Solution Consultant will collaborate with Adobe’s customer success and product marketing teams to provide valuable industry and market feedback to shape our solutions' direction.
Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership, managing customer expectations, and driving the technical sales process for major customer opportunities, while supporting account executives and sales specialists throughout the sales cycle. Post-sale, you will assist internal teams through the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Key tasks involve offering technical pre-sales assistance to sales teams during the cycle with new and existing accounts, guiding them on business and technical requirements, and supporting qualification of Adobe’s Creative and Document Cloud solutions to demonstrate significant business benefits to customers.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently toward set goals, and possesses excellent customer-facing skills to effectively communicate at "C" level meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Adobe Document Cloud
- Proven success in a technical pre-sales or consulting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of APIs, web services, SOA, application servers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
