Solution Consultant - Utilities

The Solution Consultant plays a critical role within the Utilities Consulting Practice, contributing to the design of complex business solutions tailored to meet customer needs. In this position, you will exercise your judgment and business acumen to leverage the company's products and technology effectively. You will analyze Utilities business processes and regulatory requirements, and then recommend appropriate solutions and designs that enhance the customer's organization and user experience.

Responsibilities include leading engagement(s) in the domain-specific solution design, ensuring high-quality and integrated business solutions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, with an advanced degree preferred. A deep understanding of the company's Utilities solutions, including the company's Utilities CC&B, Customer Cloud Services, and related products, is essential, alongside a solid background in solution consulting, software delivery, and systems integration.

Candidates must be willing to travel across the Middle East as needed and have experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies according to PMI best practices. Collaboration across technical teams and coaching junior members are also key components of this role.
