As a Solution Engineer on our Digital Business Automation Presales team, you will work directly with Sales and Presales organizations to create strategies, timelines, and deliverables that align customer initiatives with BMC's solutions. Your contributions will include:
- Partnering with sales teams to interpret complex customer needs and developing innovative solutions that deliver business and technical value.
- Simplifying the communication of technical and business content to a diverse audience.
- Documenting the current state of customer operations and assisting in defining the correct solutions and building business cases.
- Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers.
- Continuously innovating and solving everyday problems within the scope of your role.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a presales capacity or relevant technical role.
- Proven ability to understand clients' technical architectures and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in one or more Workload Automation/Orchestration solutions.
- Strong skills in creating and delivering compelling demonstrations.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
