Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners to deliver optimized AI solutions using the company's products.
- Research technical trends and develop AI software, including open-source libraries and models.
- Optimize AI model performance by utilizing expertise in AI frameworks, algorithms, and hardware.
- Develop and adjust AI models, code, and parameters to address issues and enhance operations.
- Partner with AI algorithm and framework engineers to optimize end-to-end AI models for the company's hardware features.
- Serve as a technical advisor and provide enabling support to customers and partners.
- Work with the company's software and hardware teams to accelerate and optimize future products in AI and HPC domains.
- Deliver competitive benchmark collateral and drive key workloads into product requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in domain with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques for AI models and hardware acceleration.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used for AI applications, including Python or C++.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
