As a Copilot Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in accelerating AI transformation in the Majors Growth segment by leading technical engagements that drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI-powered productivity solutions. This deeply technical role is responsible for owning the technical win strategy, delivering compelling demonstrations, and guiding customers through envisioning sessions that align with their business goals and technical requirements. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure that governance, security, and compliance are embedded in every conversation to build confidence and drive decision-making. In addition to technical leadership, you will be accountable for driving core business momentum through competitive differentiation, resolving technical blockers, and ensuring seamless handoffs to deployment teams. Collaboration with a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources is essential to help educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision that allows the team to achieve/exceed quarterly targets. Responsibilities: - Maintain expert-level knowledge in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and AI-powered productivity solutions to lead technical engagements with customers. - Independently deliver discovery, demo, and whiteboarding sessions that align with customer business goals and technical readiness. - Build competitive strategy by identifying product differentiators and proactively addressing objections to win technical decisions. - Lead solution design and Proof of Concept (PoC) efforts by reframing customer challenges, quantifying business impact, and demonstrating Microsoft’s value in complex selling environments. - Manage escalations of blockers, provide guidance on resolution paths, and engage in partner sell-with scenarios by co-owning technical execution. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles. - L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications (or equivalent experience). Preferred: - 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery. - 4+ years with cloud/hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, or technology management. - Certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams). - Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. Language Requirements: - Proficiency in English is required.
