Join our AI Business Solutions Team as a Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer, where you will lead the technical strategy and execution for transitioning enterprise endpoints to the cloud. This role is deeply technical, requiring expert-level proficiency across Microsoft’s endpoint and virtualization solutions, including Windows 365, Windows 365 Link, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, and Cloud Native Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expert-level technical subject matter expertise in Microsoft products and product differentiators including: Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID, etc.
  • Scale Customer Engagements and act as a trusted advisor and consultative technical seller with a growth mindset by developing expert-level delivery, discovery, demo, and whiteboarding skills.
  • Build the strategy and stay up to date on Microsoft product strengths and the weaknesses of our competition to unblock competitive blockers and win the technical decision for Microsoft.
  • Be responsible for Solution Design and Proof, winning the technical decision and intent by gaining a deep understanding of a customer’s business, sharing insights, reframing the status quo, and quantifying the business impact that motivates customers to act.
  • Know when and how to escalate blockers, push back on customer objections, and unblock technical blockers with the customer.
  • Engage in partner sell-with scenarios by collaborating with partners to carry out technical engagement activities and acting as a source of trusted partner knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR equivalent experience
