In this role, you will serve as the Solution Engineer (pre-sales consultant) for your assigned workload (Finance & Supply Chain), working alongside a sales team that includes Solution Specialists, Customer Success Units, partners, and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include advancing the pipeline by assisting the Digital Solution Specialist in qualifying deals, developing strategies, and engaging with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities and securing customer endorsement for solution design.
  • Engage with the account team to conduct solution envisioning sessions and business value assessments.
  • Deliver customer-centric solution demonstrations based on technical expertise, building connections with Business Decision Makers and CxOs.
  • Address solution architecture considerations and competitive objections.
  • Collaborate with partners and Customer Success to align deployment plans and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify customer-agreed business challenges and win themes prioritized with business value.

Qualifications

  • Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
  • Experience in solution pre-sales for business applications and/or SaaS-based companies, focusing on Contact Centre solutions and/or Conversational AI
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries effectively
  • Proven track record in prioritizing and orchestrating resources for complex customer digital transformation engagements
  • High level of self-awareness, reflection, and empathy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across various customer stakeholders
