You will utilize your technical knowledge and communication skills to inspire and influence customers in choosing Microsoft AI Business Solutions. You will serve as the Solution Engineer (pre-sales consultant) for your assigned workload (Finance & Supply Chain) and collaborate with a team comprising Solution Specialists, Customer Success Units, partners, and engineering. Your responsibilities will include qualifying deals, developing strategies, and presenting industry-aligned demonstrations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities and securing customer solution design endorsement.
  • Engage with account teams for solution envisioning sessions and business value assessments.
  • Conduct compelling customer-centric solution demonstrations based on technical expertise.
  • Address solution architecture considerations and handle competitive objections.
  • Collaborate with partners and Customer Success to align on deployment plans and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Lead discovery sessions to clarify customer challenges and prioritize business value themes.

Qualifications:

  • Technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or equivalent background.
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and migrations.
  • Experience in solution pre-sales for business applications or SaaS technologies.
  • Skills in value-based selling and crafting differentiated solution strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate resources for complex engagements.
  • Strong understanding of business application solutions, commercial cloud offerings, and value selling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills across various customer stakeholders (CIO, CFO, CMO, etc.).

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected or required.
