About the Erada Program
The Erada Program is specifically designed for Qatari Nationals, focusing on enhancing employability and creating a market impact through early-in-profession recruitment and skills development. This paid six-month internship program provides globally recognized technical and professional certifications, skills development, and on-the-job training, which includes mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life assignments.
Program Details:
The program is structured into two main phases:
- Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)
- Introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
- Technical skills training to earn globally recognized technical certifications.
- Professional development courses covering project management, change management, interpersonal skills, creativity, and time management.
- Phase 2 - On-the-job training (5 months)
- Begin shadowing as a Solution Engineer (SE) to receive hands-on training.
- Participate in mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Support company teams in various digital transformation projects.
- Engage in advanced training on technologies including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance awareness of product strategy based on customer feedback and competitive strategies.
- Utilize readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and connect with customers, promoting internal team readiness.
- Shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research to develop understanding and product expertise.
- Familiarize yourself with resources to assist with product knowledge and support demonstrations of specific company products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Qatari nationality.
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar (citizen or valid visa/work permit holder).
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for technology and customer engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Business acumen and an interest in consultative solution selling.
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
