The Erada Program is a tailored initiative for Qatari Nationals aimed at enhancing employability and market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment and skilling programs. This paid six-month internship offers valuable on-the-job training alongside globally recognized technical and professional certifications.
Program Details
- Duration: 6 months, full-time
- Start Date: January 2027
- Program Structure:
- Phase 1: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)
- Introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy, and structure
- Technical skilling to obtain company certifications
- Courses in project management, change management, communication, creativity, and time management
- Phase 2: On-the-job training (5 months)
- Work as a Solution Engineer (SE) with on-the-job shadowing
- Engage in mentoring and coaching sessions
- Support digital transformation projects
- Receive advanced training in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing
Key Responsibilities
- Build awareness of product strategy based on customer feedback and compete strategies
- Leverage readiness materials to expand knowledge and engage with customers
- Shadow customer interactions to gain understanding and product expertise
- Develop awareness of resources and familiarize yourself with the community
- Assist in demonstrations of company products and engage with reference architectures
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field
- Must be a Qatari national
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar (citizenship or valid visa/work permit)
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong passion for technology and a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and desire for consultative solution selling
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
