Solution Engineer - Erada Internship

The company Erada Internship is a paid six-month training program tailored for Qatari Nationals, aiming to accelerate employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment and skilling programs. Interns will engage with customers, shadow stakeholder interactions, and build product expertise, all under the mentorship of experienced peers.

Work Conditions

• 3 days/week in-office
• Travel: Less than 25%

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of product strategy needs based on customer feedback and competitive strategies.
• Engage with customers while shadowing interactions and researching customer context to gain understanding.
• Develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific company products.
• Support company teams in digital transformation projects and participate in advanced technology training, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Qatari nationality and legally authorized to work in Qatar.
• Fluency in English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
