As a Solution Engineer on our Digital Business Automation Presales team, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Presales organizations. This role involves creating strategies, timelines, and deliverables to align customer initiatives with BMC's innovative solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with sales teams using a consultative approach to interpret complex customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Communicating both technical and business content effectively to a diverse audience.
• Actively engaging with customers to document their current state and assist in defining solutions and business case creation.
• Delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts tailored to customer goals.
• Continuously innovating and problem-solving to drive success.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a presales capacity or a related technical role.
• A broad awareness of client technical architecture and emerging technologies.
• Subject matter expertise in workload automation/orchestration solutions.
• Proven ability to create and deliver impactful demonstrations.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
