Work Conditions

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, goals, and challenges, showcasing how Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI can assist in their transformation.
  • Provide reassurance throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Design solutions and deliver industry-aligned demonstrations to customers, highlighting how advancements in AI can benefit organizations.
  • Engage partners for co-sell and implementation considerations and collaborate with the Customer Success Unit for deal support.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer-agreed business challenges and prioritize win themes with business value.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in PreSales and a strong background in development.
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • Proven track record in prioritizing resources for complex customer digital transformation engagements.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across various customer stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s cloud platform and competitive business applications ecosystem.
  • Ability to drive and influence stakeholders through effective communication.
  • High level of self-awareness, reflection, and empathy, with proven collaborative skills.
