This program is tailored for Kuwaiti Nationals, aiming to accelerate Kuwaiti employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.
This internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life scenario assignments.
The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases:
- Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 month)
- Onboarding and introduction to the company's mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized technical certifications.
- Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
- Phase 2 - On-the-job training (5 months)
- Joining as a Solution Engineer Intern for on-the-job shadowing and training.
- Mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Supporting teams in digital transformation projects.
- Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Work Conditions

Responsibilities
- Build awareness of the need for product strategy based on customer feedback, and competitive strategies.
- Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge.
- Engage with customers, with coaching from others, and shadow in customer stakeholder interactions.
- Research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise.
- Develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific products through preparation and execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
- Kuwaiti Nationality.
- Legally authorized to work in Kuwait.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for technology and customer-obsessed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong desire for consultative solution selling and exceptional negotiation skills.
- High customer service and interpersonal skills.
