We are in search of an exceptional Solution Engineer to join our high-performing team in the META region. The ideal candidate will work closely with teams across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Product to seize strategic sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations, thereby establishing trust with stakeholders through value-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the value and impact of the company's Decision Intelligence Platform, assisting prospects in understanding smarter, faster decision-making enabled by connected data.
- Identify and position tailored company solutions to meet specific prospect needs.
- Develop outcome-driven solution strategies guiding prospects for long-term success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Become a functional expert on the company's platform and its applications in Banking and Financial Services.
- Provide presentations that demonstrate the value of our platform, addressing specific pain points.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
- Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle in collaboration with Sales and subject matter experts.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in a technical role such as Solution Engineering or Presales.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of effective customer engagement.
- Strong technology knowledge, especially in enterprise software environments.
- Experience with solution areas like Financial Crime, Data Management, and Customer 360.
- Ability to present and pitch solutions to senior stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in data-driven solutions, particularly in areas such as Anti-Financial Crime and MDM.
- Technical knowledge in data storage and processing technologies (e.g., Cloud, Kubernetes).
