Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with different teams.
- Understand customer needs, establishing Salesforce’s products as the best solutions for unique challenges.
- Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and presentations of Salesforce products to key decision-makers.
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain knowledge vital for effectiveness.
- Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate curiosity for career growth and engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies, delivering success for customers.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or training within enterprise software organizations.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills within dynamic environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Curiosity and passion for technology with a desire to share knowledge.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
