Position

As an Account Solution Engineer, also known as a "Presales Consultant," "Sales Consultant," "Pre-Sales Engineer," or "Sales Engineer," you will play a vital role in the sales cycle, providing thought leadership and owning solutions that enhance customer experience. Your collaboration with colleagues and support for the sales team will be crucial in translating business objectives into compelling recommendations. With a blend of technical and sales skills, you will present product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology infrastructure. Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with different teams.
  • Understand customer needs, establishing Salesforce’s products as the best solutions for unique challenges.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and presentations of Salesforce products to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain knowledge vital for effectiveness.
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate curiosity for career growth and engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies, delivering success for customers.
  • Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or training within enterprise software organizations.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills within dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Curiosity and passion for technology with a desire to share knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
