Your Mission:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations in both Arabic and English.
- Architect customized solutions that align with Bitpanda’s technology and meet client specifications.
- Lead technical contributions to RFP/RFI responses and other sales documentation.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Bitpanda's platform and digital asset ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients, coordinating effectively across internal teams.
Who You Are:
- At least 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or a related role within fintech, banking, or digital assets.
- Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset management.
- Proven analytical skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and abroad for client meetings and industry events.
