Program Details
- The program consists of two key phases:
- Phase 1: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)
- Onboarding and introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling to achieve globally recognized company technical certifications.
- Professional and soft skills courses, including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
- Phase 2: On-the-job training (5 months)
- Join as an SE Intern for on-the-job shadowing and training.
- Participate in mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Assist company teams in digital transformation projects.
- Receive advanced technology training in areas such as AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities
- Build awareness of the need for product strategy based on customer feedback and competitive strategies.
- Utilize readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, connecting with customers and promoting team preparedness.
- Engage with customers with guidance from others, shadowing in stakeholder interactions, and researching customer contexts to enhance understanding and build product expertise.
- Familiarize yourself with resources by engaging with the community to gain product knowledge.
- Develop fundamental awareness of working with reference architectures and contribute to demonstrations of specific company products through preparation and execution.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Saudi nationality.
- Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in English.
