We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and credible Security Solution Engineer to join our MEA HQ team. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and provide resources and support to everyone on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our security-focused solutions, including Microsoft M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
- Work within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate solutions, and win technical decisions, allowing the team to meet/exceed sales/usage targets.
- Maintain and develop deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based security solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Scale Customer Engagements: Remediate blockers and lead technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Build credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security.
- Scale Through Partners: Engage in partner sell-with scenarios and support partner technical capacity.
- Build Strategy: Contribute to Microsoft Security strategy development and shape strategic win plans.
- Solution Design & Proof: Demonstrate and oversee demonstrations, prove capabilities and integration into customer environments.
- Education: Build a readiness plan and enhance knowledge in extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust, and cloud security.
