Microsoft is significantly investing in cybersecurity, with plans to quadruple its investment to $20 billion over the next five years. This initiative aims to provide customers with integrated solutions that connect identities, endpoints, apps, emails, documents, and clouds, ultimately closing critical coverage gaps, reducing risks, and saving costs.

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and credible Security Solution Engineer to join our MEA HQ team. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and provide resources and support to everyone on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our security-focused solutions, including Microsoft M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
  • Work within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate solutions, and win technical decisions, allowing the team to meet/exceed sales/usage targets.
  • Maintain and develop deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based security solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Scale Customer Engagements: Remediate blockers and lead technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Build credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security.
  • Scale Through Partners: Engage in partner sell-with scenarios and support partner technical capacity.
  • Build Strategy: Contribute to Microsoft Security strategy development and shape strategic win plans.
  • Solution Design & Proof: Demonstrate and oversee demonstrations, prove capabilities and integration into customer environments.
  • Education: Build a readiness plan and enhance knowledge in extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust, and cloud security.
