Solution Engineer - Security

Are you passionate about cybersecurity? Do you enjoy working on a high-performing, fast-paced sales team? Microsoft is looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible security solution engineer to join our MEA HQ team. You will engage with customers to educate them about Microsoft’s range of security-focused solutions including Microsoft M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Scale Customer Engagements: Remediates blockers; leads and ensures technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Engages with customers proactively and independently, building credibility as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security.
• Build Strategy: Contributes to Microsoft Security strategy development, tailoring messaging and enhancing team capabilities for extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust, and cloud security.
• Solution Design & Proof: Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations, presents architecture patterns, and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions in security.
• Education: Builds personal readiness and expertise in XDR, zero trust, and cloud security, acting as a mentor and increasing internal teams' understanding of these solutions.

Up to 50% work from home

Qualifications
You will work within a virtual team to demonstrate and validate solutions, winning the technical decision to meet quarterly Microsoft Security sales and usage targets in assigned accounts. Your role will allow you to maintain deep technical expertise across both Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based security architectures and technologies.
