As a Solution Engineer at the company, you will address complex customer problems and close substantial deals. You will collaborate directly with the accounts sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs, devise strategies to navigate sales cycles, deliver compelling demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and close business. You will need to communicate effectively with both executives and technical audiences, bridging any gaps as necessary.

Your Impact:

  • Present the company technology and its vision, especially regarding the AI Data Cloud, to executives and technical contributors.
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of the company technology throughout the sales process, from demos to proofs of concept, design, and implementation.
  • Stay updated on the industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position the company effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance the company’s products and marketing strategies.

Your Credentials:

  • 3-6+ years of pre-sales experience in the industry.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and an executive presence to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and sales methodologies/frameworks (e.g., MEDDPIC/MEDDIC).
  • Experience with data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies, including data warehousing, data lakes, and lake house architectures.
  • Ability to discuss and demonstrate the value of Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) for enterprises.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM ecosystems and hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of core data concepts including data modeling and engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is preferred, with candidates already residing in the region being favored.
  • Language Requirements: Arabic fluency is strongly preferred for effective communication with customers in Saudi Arabia.
