As a Solution Engineer, you will engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will have the opportunity to shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain an understanding and build product expertise. You will contribute to technical wins, or portions of technical wins, with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations.

About:
The Tomoh Apprenticeship is the company's program for Emiratization, aiming to accelerate Emirati employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment and skilling programs.

Program Overview:
The company Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, along with on-the-job training that includes mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life scenario assignments.

Program Details:
The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases:

• Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling:
  • Onboarding and introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
  • Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized technical certifications.
  • Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
• Phase 2 - On-the-Job Training:
  • Joining as a Solution Engineer Intern for on-the-job shadowing and training.
  • Mentorship and coaching sessions.
  • Supporting company teams in digital transformation projects.
  • Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Responsibilities:

• Build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback and build awareness of need for compete strategies.
• Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and begin connecting with customers to promote internal team readiness.
• Engage with customers with coaching from others; shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise.
• Develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge.
• Develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific products through preparation and execution.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
• Emirati nationality.
• Legally authorized to work in UAE.
• Completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English.
