Program Overview
The Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program designed to accelerate Emirati employability and generate market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment and skilling programs. Participants will earn recognized technical and professional certifications while receiving on-the-job training, including mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-world scenario assignments.
Program Details
The 6-month, full-time program consists of two phases:

Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)
- Onboarding and introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized technical certifications.
- Professional and soft skills courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity, innovation, and time management.

Phase 2 - On-the-job Training (5 months)
- Join as a Solution Engineer Intern for shadowing and training.
- Attend mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Support teams in digital transformation projects.
- Engage in advanced technology training including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities
- Build awareness of product strategies based on customer feedback and competitive strategies.
- Consume and leverage readiness materials for expanding domain knowledge and engage customers by promoting internal team readiness.
- Collaborate with coaching from others while shadowing customer stakeholder interactions.
- Research customer context to gain awareness and understanding of available resources.
- Develop foundational knowledge of reference architectures and assist in demonstrating specific products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
- Legally authorized to work in UAE (citizenship or valid visa/work permit).
- Completed a Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for technology and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Business acumen for consultative solution selling.
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
