Solution Engineer - Tomoh Apprenticeship

As a Solution Engineer, you will engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will have the opportunity to shadow customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will contribute to technical wins, or portions of technical wins, with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations.

Responsibilities:

• You build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback and build awareness of need for compete strategies.
• You will consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and begin connecting with customers and promote internal team readiness.
• You will engage with customers, with coaching from others, shadowing in customer stakeholder interactions, and researching customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise.
• You will develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific products through preparation and execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
• Completed a Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
• Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Work Conditions:

• Program start date: January 2027
• Full-time, 6 months paid training program with a mix of onboarding, skilling, and hands-on training.
• Work site: 3 days/week in-office
• Travel: Less than 25%
