As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, showcase how Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI can facilitate their transformation, and ensure that the proposed solutions align with customer expectations. Your technical knowledge, customer focus, and communication skills will be critical in influencing customers to choose Microsoft AI Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities and addressing technical proof requirements.
  • Engage with account teams for solution envisioning sessions and business value assessments.
  • Deliver compelling customer-centric solution demonstrations.
  • Address solution architecture considerations and handle competitive objections.
  • Assist in formalizing customer proposals.
  • Collaborate with partners and Customer Success to align deployment plans and KPIs.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • 7+ years of experience in PreSales with a strong background in development.
    • Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or related experience.
    • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
    • Proven experience in business applications and/or SaaS-based environments.
    • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Business application solutions and commercial cloud offerings, particularly Microsoft’s cloud platform.
  • Expertise in business value selling methodologies.
  • High level of self-awareness and empathy.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
