You will work closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to eliminate technical hurdles, generate leads, and ensure smooth transitions for deployment and adoption. Responsibilities
- Lead AI-first Copilot & Agents engagements from ideation through to HoK validation and production adoption, ensuring activities are linked to measurable business outcomes and customer value realization.
- Own technical decision leadership across qualified opportunities, delivering activities such as customized demos, whiteboarding, proof of concept (POC) orchestration, and/or HoK sessions.
- Design and validate secure Copilot + Agent architectures while addressing data readiness, governance, compliance, and integration challenges.
- Drive Copilot adoption and workload expansion by positioning integrated solutions across the company 365 and business applications for maximum value.
- Execute and document POC outcomes and solution assessments, capturing results within technical close plans and consumption plans.
- Ensure deployment readiness and adoption success by collaborating with the Customer Success Unit to define usage intent, consumption planning, and execution milestones.
- Orchestrate collaboration across teams to convert technical wins into deployment, usage, and consumption growth.
- Maintain sales execution rigor by tracking activities, blockers, milestones, and pipeline progression.
- Continuously enhance your Copilot and AI expertise, applying the latest innovations and sharing insights to improve team capabilities and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering or technical sales roles.
- Deep technical expertise in the company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents, with a proven record of winning complex technical decisions.
- Proficient in designing secure, scalable architectures and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team learning and strategy.
- Strong influence and communication skills, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders.
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or
- Equivalent experience.
