About the Role

As a Solution Engineer in the company Innovation Hub, you will merge business and technical requirements to craft comprehensive solutions, working seamlessly with various stakeholders. This role requires conducting discovery sessions to understand customer needs and provide strategic recommendations tailored to their specific needs. Implementing robust AI transformation solutions and optimizing the integration of various technologies and services will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, your consultancy skills will be crucial in fostering collaboration among technical resources and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective teamwork. Please note that this role is company onsite only.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Customer Engagements: Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototyping to demonstrate key capabilities, validate against identified risks, and finalize technology choices.
• AI Transformation Leadership: Be the trusted voice within the business and for customers on the latest AI platform and technology trends, guiding their transformation journeys through design thinking workshops. Ensure the Hub is proactively aligned with the right customers to drive real impact.
• Strategic Vision and Planning: Own and execute a clear strategic vision for AI transformation initiatives on targeted accounts, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures based on customer requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Utilize consultation skills to uncover and prioritize opportunities that address real customer needs.
• Cross Platform Collaboration: Integrate capabilities across the entire cloud platform, identifying synergies and optimizing cross-platform integration with peers and stakeholders to position the Innovation Hub as the home of Cross Solution AI Transformation.
• Technical Depth: Maintain and grow expertise in AI solutions, including services like AI Foundry or Fabric Data platform. Develop skills in AI management and security, real-time intelligence, and application architecture to support AI transformation initiatives. Stay updated with market trends and collaborate within technical communities.

Qualifications
Required (RQs)

• 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience
• OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Enterprise Architect Experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Consultative Selling: Proven experience in a consultancy role, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations to customers, navigating complex technical landscapes, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strategic & Structured Facilitator: Experience in requirements capture, prioritization, quantifying business value, and identifying issues, risks, and constraints with a focus on strategic goals and outcomes.
• AI Solution Design Experience: Expertise in designing architectures, building, and deploying AI solutions, with experience in cloud and hybrid infrastructures, networking, architecture designs, migrations, and understanding of AI-related Azure services.
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines.
• Design Thinking: Proven experience of delivering design thinking, ideation, or similar context analysis/problem framing.
