Solution Engineering Manager - Security Balance

This role includes people management responsibilities such as driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance. The manager will proactively identify and engage with key customer technical decision-makers and influencers while collaborating with the sales team to build credibility with customers. The position enables and empowers the team to influence customer decisions, ensuring technical wins by streamlining processes and managing the flow of wins.

Responsibilities

• Build competitive knowledge within the team, enabling competitive learning and sharing insights with internal teams and communities.
• Maintain strategic communications with internal partners to align technical resources with customer cases based on account planning and priorities.
• Shape strategic win and customer success plans using knowledge of the company's offerings and broader market trends to equip the team for effective execution.

Qualifications

• Required: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in people management, including leading virtual teams.
• Additional preferred qualifications include over 8 years in technical pre-sales, cloud and hybrid infrastructure experience, and a strong grasp of industry standards and technology management.
