About the Job:
The Solution Engineering Manager for Security Balance at the company has a critical role that involves people management and driving employee growth and development. The successful candidate will execute projects, manage performance, and engage proactively with key customer technical decision makers and influencers while collaborating with the sales team. A key focus is to build credibility with customers, enabling and empowering the team to influence decisions that lead to technical wins.
This position requires the orchestration of team resources to maximize the impact of customer engagements, while also implementing strategies for capacity planning and resource utilization across workloads. The manager will identify gaps and promote the company within its ecosystem, support partner technical capacity, and define subsidiary strategy through coaching and collaboration.
Responsibilities include building strategy through competitive knowledge, maintaining communication with internal partners, overseeing consumption plans post-customer sign-off, acting as a technical thought leader, and promoting team engagement in tech communities. The manager will ensure consistency and quality in customer engagements and drive successful cooperation across functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR
    • 7+ years technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Additional/Preferred:

    • 8+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related experience.
    • 6+ years with cloud, hybrid or on-premises infrastructures and technology management.
    • 3+ years of experience in people management, including leading virtual teams.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
