Position

The Solution Sales Executive role at SAP is focused on engaging with Customer C-level representatives to enable their investment in and adoption of SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions. This role is pivotal for pushing strategic and new solutions, with responsibilities spanning business development to closing sales cycles with both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Generate opportunities through lead generation campaigns within prospects and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) during the prospecting phase of existing accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline of opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively.
  • Create a comprehensive territory business plan to generate at least 4x the quota in pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop and drive strategy while identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture senior executive relationships and position SAP's executive team for support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions, preferably with oil and gas experience.
  • Proven track record of target achievement, with experience selling to CXOs being highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, or Technology) is required.
  • Completion of Sales Methodology training is preferred.
