Solution Sales Executive - DevOps

As a Solution Sales Executive – DevOps (UAE), you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's DevOps portfolio across clients and prospects throughout the United Arab Emirates. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. Leveraging your expertise in DevOps solutions, you will help organizations modernize software delivery, accelerate innovation, and improve operational efficiency through the company's DevOps portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth for the company's DevOps solutions across the UAE.
• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.
• Identify, develop, and convert whitespace, expansion, and new logo opportunities to accelerate business growth.
• Lead client discovery discussions and articulate the business value of the company's DevOps solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Own opportunity strategy, deal progression, and successful deal execution from discovery through close.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Architects, Value Engineers, Partners, and Customer Success teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Drive solution adoption and expansion through value-led client engagement.
• Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities within the company's portfolio.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and opportunity management rigor.

Requirements

• Proven success in enterprise software sales, solution sales, or technology sales.
• Experience creating, managing, and closing qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Ability to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and competitive opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Application Delivery Management, Agile, or related software solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, technical, and partner teams.
• Experience identifying new business, whitespace, and expansion opportunities within existing and prospective client environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
