Key Responsibilities

  • Owns and sells the full Finance & Spend Management solution portfolio, engaging customers across CFO, CPO, and Supply Chain buying centers.
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with customers, prospects, and partners, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identifies opportunities by understanding customer pain points in finance transformation, procurement automation, supplier management, and spend governance.
  • Generates and accelerates demand by demonstrating how the company's capabilities address business needs such as cost optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensures adoption and value realization, supporting customers throughout implementation and usage to achieve tangible outcomes (e.g., savings, process automation, visibility).
  • Drives continuity and expansion of the company's footprint in named accounts across strategic Finance & Spend Management initiatives.
  • Influences customer requirements and solution definition, positioning the company as the strategic partner for end-to-end spend control and financial excellence.

Requirements

  • Sound professional experience with deep knowledge of project management skills.
  • Experience managing projects of high volume or high risk/complexity.
  • A PMI, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is preferred, with a black belt if in Six Sigma.
  • Strong communication skills to represent the company to customers effectively and deliver quality outcomes.
