The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is a strategic sales role that leverages deep expertise, business acumen, and comprehensive domain knowledge of the Customer Experience Lines of Business (CX LoB) cloud. The SSE drives revenue and customer success, accelerates the adoption of innovation (especially AI), and establishes the organization as a market leader. By shaping transformative solutions and delivering measurable value, the SSE supports specific CX LoB functions and the overarching "Business Suite" strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own CX LoB for assigned accounts, creating and executing strategic account plans in line with customer objectives.
  • Provide expertise to tackle high-priority business challenges.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving pipeline growth and revenue goals.
  • Engage with customers early during product launches, leading AI and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure demo system readiness through support for solution advisors and enablement programmes.
  • Collaborate with value advisors to create narratives that showcase ROI and competitive advantages.
  • Manage complex pricing and contract discussions, balancing client needs with profitability.
  • Support Customer Success Management (CSM) communities, securing references and managing escalations.
  • Lead CX LoB deal cycles alongside the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team.
  • Build long-term C-suite relationships and align Buying Centres.
  • Cultivate relationships with consulting partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales, CSM, and Marketing to integrate SSE impact fully into the go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain robust technical and functional expertise in solutions, remaining informed about emerging technologies and competition.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10-15 years' experience in management consulting with strong executive relationship-building skills.
  • B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles and deep industry knowledge.
  • Proven background in account management, solution sales, or customer success.
  • Strong understanding of solution sales and account planning methodologies.
  • Deep expertise with a solid grasp of AI and innovation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to collaborate in a matrix environment and influence without authority.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
