Position

The Solution Sales Executive role focuses on achieving overall revenue goals by developing and executing a complete territory business plan that generates at least four times their quota in pipeline opportunities. The executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing strategies, and driving customer engagement to invest in and adopt the company's Supply Chain Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Generate opportunities through lead generation campaigns targeting prospects and existing customers.
  • Align closely with Account Executives during prospecting into existing accounts and initiating engagements.
  • Maintain an accurate and documented CRM pipeline of opportunities on a timely basis.
  • Develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition of the company's Supply Chain Management solutions to potential customers within the designated territory.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs aimed at driving pipeline and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions.
  • Experience selling to CXOs, particularly in the metal and mining industries, is a plus.
  • Proven track record of target achievement.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business, Engineering, or Technology).
  • Completion of Sales Methodology training is preferred.
