Position

The Solution Sales Support is a strategic sales support role that combines deep expertise, business acumen, and end-to-end domain knowledge of the Business Transformation Lines of Business (BTM LoB). Responsibilities

  • Support the SSE as the BTM LoB owner for assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans that align with customer goals and broader account team objectives.
  • Provide domain expertise and thought leadership to understand and address high-priority business challenges, leading end-to-end process mapping and owning the transformation roadmap for the LoB.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving pipeline growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with value advisors to craft compelling narratives that articulate ROI, value leakage, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct strategic discovery workshops and deliver persuasive pitches to accelerate executive buy-in and drive demand independently of RFPs.
  • Engage in complex pricing and contractual discussions, balancing client expectations with organizational profitability and cloud revenue growth.
  • Foster long-term, high-value relationships with C-suite executives and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focusing on solution adoption and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CSM, and Marketing to ensure integrated go-to-market approaches and maximize market impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • University degree required (Business, IT, or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with solid market knowledge.
