Solution Specialist Strategist

At Oracle Health, we are developing patient-and provider-centric solutions rapidly and securely. We leverage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to provide our customers with valuable insights across various industries, including patient care, provider services, payor interactions, public health, and life sciences. As a Solution Specialist Strategist, you will be responsible for leading strategic engagements at the C-Suite level with prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will support the sales development for our strategic focus, acting as an expert resource for Sales teams to address large or complex opportunities that require innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver exceptional Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Diagnose customer needs and challenges through effective communication.
• Advise both internal and external clients on overall architectural solutions and market requirements.
• Provide market feedback to product teams to inform future developments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and/or a minimum of 15 years' relevant work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior-level customer engagement and strategy development.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong background in Cloud and Application technology.
• Deep understanding of AI, Middleware, and Data.
• Preferred: Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (architecture and deployment models).
• Preferred: Experience in public speaking and thought leadership.
• Preferred: Skills in team collaboration, mentoring, and coaching.
