Join BytePlus, the innovative team within ByteDance, as a Solutions Architect in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with enterprise clients and contribute to their growth by providing technical solutions that address their needs. You will partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and guide them from pre-sales through project implementation. This position demands strong technical expertise and business acumen to lead client engagements from C-level discussions down to operational levels. Your responsibilities will include conducting demos, presentations, RFI/RFP processes, architecture design workshops, and proof of concept (POC) delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple product teams to shape the product roadmap by articulating clear feature requests.

Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and identify client pain points.
- Lead enterprise client engagement from pre-sales to project implementation.
- Conduct demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor and collaborate with product teams.
- Provide Thought Leadership and deep industry knowledge across multiple cloud and ML products.
- Drive product development and iterations to close Product Market Fit gaps.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and collaborate with Account Executives on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
- 5 years of related work experience in cloud computing or a related field.
- Team player with the ability to foster positive team morale and drive for success.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude, motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience in developer skills, cloud infrastructure, and migration.
- Familiarity with cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
- Previous experience working with large enterprise clients, particularly in ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling sectors.
- Experience in solution architect roles within B2B, especially in AI/ML and cloud computing spaces.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud use cases, including edge network and security, video streaming solutions, and ML applications.
