Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid working model
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Architect scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Guide customers on architectural patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB.
- Collaborate with the sales team for account planning and pipeline generation strategy.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in industry events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development related to MongoDB products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, including 5 to 7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
- Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 25%.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
- Knowledge of database programming and data models.
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC/Command of the Message.
- MongoDB and/or Cloud Provider Certification.
