Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and address clients' pain points with technical solutions to drive business results.
• Engage with enterprise clients (from C-level to working level) throughout the lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor internally, working with multiple product teams to articulate clear feature requests and influence the product roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and insights across various cloud and ML products.
• Drive post-sales solution support and facilitate upselling and cross-selling in partnership with Account Executives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5 years of related work experience in a similar field.
• Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
• Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; strong problem solver.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills in past projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of cloud native applications and big data technologies.
• Degrees in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Experience with large enterprise clients in sectors like e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, and gambling.
• Previous role as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer in B2B, ideally in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
• Deep understanding of Public Cloud use cases, including edge network (CDN) and security (WAF, DDoS), video streaming solutions, and ML applications (e.g., computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
