In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of customer problems and mapping them to Cohere solutions.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with stakeholders.
- Increasing the adoption of Cohere products while gathering valuable insights and feedback from customers.
- Building customer Proof of Concepts that illustrate the business value of our platform.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translating them into technical solutions.
A typical day might include:
- Leading technical discussions on customer calls.
- Deep diving into customer challenges and Cohere's technology.
- Designing novel enterprise solutions using advanced NLP technology.
- Facilitating customer evaluations and Proof of Concepts.
- Documenting and developing processes to enable scalability for the solutions architect team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post-sales Solutions Architect experience.
- 2+ years of architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
- A passion for Generative AI, with an understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.
- Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audience engagement.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and capability to implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Networking expertise (firewalls, DNS, cert management).
- Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth).
