We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect based in Dubai who will be part of our Solution Architect team. This team supports all technical aspects of sales engagements. You will be responsible for driving our end-to-end (E2E) technology solutions with a focus on our networking portfolio. You will work with some of our most strategic cloud, HPC, telco and enterprise datacenter customers, while providing field feedback to our marketing and engineering teams on our product strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Discover new business opportunities for NVIDIA, focusing on Networking products and integrating GPU and networking into a data-center solution.
  • Architect end-to-end datacenter for AI & Large-Language-Models (LLM) applications, cloud, telco, and enterprises. Work closely with the sales teams and product marketing to define solutions answering customer needs.
  • Conduct technical account management for Nvidia Networking and E2E datacenter products key accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings for product updates and introductions to new technology solutions, and deliver product roadmap presentations to customers and technology partners.
  • Respond to RFP/RFI proposals for AI factories, HPC clusters, Cloud, Enterprise and more, covering datacenter technologies designs.
  • Build and deliver custom-tailored product demonstrations and POCs for solutions that address critical business needs for our customers.
  • Manage technical projects of complex networking and datacenter technologies deployments and design-in opportunities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot performance or functionality issues with new technology at the customer site and prepare and deliver technical training presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to engineering regarding product requirements, evolution, and submit Requests for Enhancements supported with business evidence.

Requirements

  • This role is for an individual with the motivation and skills to drive the technical pre-sales process. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Solution Architect (or similar Sales Engineering roles) experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
  • Datacenter solutions, cloud technologies, or networking knowledge, with a deep understanding of K8s and Linux Virtualization technologies (KVM).
  • Networking experience, including network topologies considerations and solid knowledge of L2/L3 Ethernet.
  • Understanding of server system-level issues, including Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.
  • Technical presentation skills and confidence in developing Proofs-of-Concept.
  • Must have a strong sense of achievement and customer-focused attitude.
  • Effective time management and capable of balancing multiple demands with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel required as needed, mainly in UAE.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Low latency / high BW interconnect such as InfiniBand.
  • Practical experience with K8s and Linux Virtualization technologies (KVM).
  • Experience with GPU accelerated systems administration and SW and distributed/parallel computing.
  • Good understanding of Datacenter networking, infrastructure, power, and cooling solutions.
  • Practical DevOps experience.
