We are hiring a Solutions Architect to work with Enterprise and Strategic customers in central Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. Saudi Arabia is one of the fastest-growing cloud markets in the Middle East, fuelled by Vision 2030 and ambitious national digital transformation programmes across government, healthcare, aviation, retail, and financial services. This role is central to the company's growth strategy in the Kingdom — you will serve as a key technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers, helping them modernise legacy platforms, adopt AI and cloud-native architectures, and accelerate their digital agendas.

Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with Account Managers and Business Development, support long-term customer success, satisfaction, and trust through the adoption of the company's services and well-architected solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise customers in the Riyadh and central Saudi Arabia region, building relationships with customer stakeholders and contributing to their technology strategy.
- Educate customers on the value proposition of the company and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud, including competitive migration paths from other cloud providers to the company.
- Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using the company (e.g., Dev Days, Immersion Days, Workshops, and GameDays).
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the company's Solutions Architect community; contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers, blog posts, and reference architectures.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, the company's Service Teams, and Support — gathering product feedback, driving feature requests, and collaborating with fellow Solutions Architects in the region.
A Day in the Life
As a Solutions Architect in Riyadh, your day revolves around customer impact. You might start the morning reviewing an architecture proposal for an enterprise customer exploring a migration from on-premises or competing cloud platforms to the company. Mid-morning, you join a technical session with a customer's engineering team, working through a solution design for their application platform and advising on the right mix of compute, AI/ML, and data services.
After lunch, you collaborate with your Account Manager and the wider account team on a strategy call — contributing to the technical win plan for a competitive opportunity and identifying the right Specialist SAs or ProServe resources to bring in. Later in the afternoon, you might support a workshop or Immersion Day for a group of developers at a customer site, walking them through hands-on labs on the company's Bedrock, GenAI application patterns, or container modernization with EKS.
Between customer meetings, you capture feedback on product gaps, contribute to a blog post on a solution pattern, or review an architecture alongside a teammate. Your week also includes internal syncs with the broader KSA SA team, community knowledge-sharing sessions, and preparation for upcoming events. No two days are the same, but the constant is clear: you are a trusted technical partner for your customers, and your work directly drives their success on the company.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with the company's technologies from a dev/ops perspective
