Core Responsibilities:

Opportunity Assessment and Technical Engagement:
- Participate in assessing and selecting opportunity as a product line representative.
- Identify market-specific scenarios to design and promote private cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team on complex project requirements and engage in technical discussions with clients to influence decision-makers.

Product Solution Design and Technical Support:
- Understand customer requirements and provide competitive product solutions based on their needs.
- Offer technical support during product selection, configuration, pricing, and bidding.
- Monitor implementation and optimize product solutions.
- Document best practices and summarize benchmark cases to facilitate replication of solutions.
- Explore innovative product solutions to enhance market coverage.

Product Improvement:
- Conduct in-depth customer needs research and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Ensure effective implementation of improvement requests and contribute to continuous development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in areas such as cloud computing, cloud security, operating systems, networking, virtualization, databases, big data, application architecture, microservices, containers, and middleware.
- Familiarity with one or two industries (telecommunications, government, finance) and experience in expanding B2B solutions in these sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for executing large, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Preferred experience in product design.
- The company technical certification (ACP or ACA) preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
